Interesting placement between Preschool & Youth and Playschool recreational program listings.
Why that placement?
"Because anyone older than preschool would question why the water treatment plants at Duteau and Mission Hill aren't included in the graphic," Kia would've said.
Apart from redundancy, that is.
And chlorinating agricultural water, that is.
DCWTP and MHWTP aren't in the graphic to prevent people asking why we have two water treatment plants.
