Overheard...

     In response to District of Coldstream Community News of June, 2014 in which the tax increase in Coldstream was detailed as being approximately $20, or $1.67 a month.

"How about all the trips to a recycling centre, by car, to take each family's plastic bags/overwrap no longer allowed under new recycling rules."
 
     In response to District of Coldstream Community News of June, 2014 regarding Coldstream's Updated Official Community Plan and the Community Vision, under Environment, where it was stated that cycling instead of driving reduces greenhouse gases.
