Contradictory, at Best

Ah, government...(sigh)

Without belaboring the point, just a couple of snippets today of just how insanely contradictory government can be, and often is.
Even the same government.


From the Morning Star, July 3, 2016:

"Coldstream could go it alone with fees":

"We are dealing with two different administrations

and carrying on in lockstep is

not entirely appropriate."

  Coun. Richard Enns, Coldstream

"Industrial plan proceeds":

"The goal is to move forward on a unified basis,"

 Mike Reiley, director of development services at Coldstream.

"Downright laughable," says Kia.

Not quite oxymoron-ish, but almost!
