Railroaded SAC

Surely the public is wondering what, if anything, is happening at the Stakeholders' Advisory Committee meetings.

Especially since there's nada coverage in the local paper.
Except when something goes, as they say, south.

South is definitely the direction SAC's review has taken, especially since yesterday.

So let's have a look:
